Hi Jen and Daren
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say what a great experience
it has been purchasing my hot tub through your company. I have my
own business and understand that customers are quick to criticise
and seem to forget to tell you when something works well, hence the
email.
From the initial sales enquiry through to the fitting yesterday the
service has been superb throughout. Jen is an excellent sales
professional who knows her market and product very well and never
undermines her competitors as many in the industry do as I’ve been
shopping around. The fitting team turned up yesterday on time and
gave me some great instruction when the fitting was complete in how
to use and maintain in the hot tub in future.
When people make a purchase of this size they need to be confident
that the company they are buying from knows what they are doing, you
guys certainly do – well done, it’s been a pleasant change!! I would
have no hesitation in recommending hot tubs at home or being a
customer reference.

Hi Jen
I had my Cove from Hot tubs @ home installed in March and I have
never had so many friends just popping round armed with their
swimsuits!! .
The Cove is an ideal size for 4-5 people and was easy to install
with no fuss and was ready to use in 12 hours and looks perfect. I
was able to have the tub sunk in the decking and have enjoyed many
hours lying ,completely engulfed in 38* C of water and this has
eased my aching back. I chose Bayrol chemicals, so I have no
chlorine smell or dry skin, very useful as I go in daily.
Looking after the hot tub is so simple and easy to do and I look
forward to many more years of complete and utter pleasure from it
and so glad i made the decision to buy one.
Jennifer & Daren have always been on hand for any questions I needed
answered and providing support over the phone.

Dear Jen,
Having just sat in the hot tub watching the snowfall on the garden
whilst sipping something fizzy, I thought I would drop you both a
line to say how much we love our hot tub, and how much use we are
making of the tub since it was installed last summer.
During the summer we used the tub almost every evening after coming
home from work and it’s surprising how much more relaxed one feels
after half an hour in the tub. BBQ’s took on a whole new meaning
with a usable water feature at hand and as winter came we still used
the tub, although we cranked the water temp up to 39 just to
compensate for the cold weather.
Sunday morning was the most surreal experience, and despite the snow
coming down and blowing freely about the garden, Gail and I were
quite snug and warm in the tub, whilst watching the beautiful winter
scene unfold before us although at 0700 hrs on a bank holiday
weekend any one watching must have thought us a bit crazy!!!
Enjoy the rest of the Easter weekend; although I guess both you guys
are working hard, however if you need to contact us you know where
to find us, ‘in the tub’

I would like to be the first to review Hottubs@home! Jennifer is an
outstanding sales person and an incredibly friendly, bubbly person.
It is a pleasure to do business with her and i recommend her to
anyone considering buying any sort of hot-tub. And not forgetting
her side kick Daren - he is the hot-tub installation/maintenance
person who is very helpful. X

We bought our Spa from Hot tubs @ home last year, and have used it
every day!
We wanted to write a note for anyone thinking of buying a hot tub
from Jen or Daren as we are always the first to say if something is
wrong, so we wanted to commend them for all of their time and
effort.
It was a pleasure to do business with Hot tubs @ home, we had looked
around at different hot tubs for ages, but they made us feel
confident, welcome and we loved the Dimension One Spas. We will
recommend them to everyone, for their service and products.
There is nothing better than having a soak after a hard days work!
And the kids love it too!!
P.S If you get a chance to go to the Free chemical evening...go! We
found it ever so helpful!
